Cawthron’s aquaculture research is transforming the way New Zealand farms seafood.

We work closely with the aquaculture industry for a productive and sustainable seafood sector, applying a practical multidisciplinary approach to solve their problems.

We are seeking a senior researcher to lead aquatic epidemiology research at Cawthron, secure funding for research and consulting, and develop and lead multi-disciplinary research programmes.

Experience in aquatic epidemiology, modelling and experimental design is required.

Suitable candidates will be PhD qualified, preferably with 5-10 years relevant research or industry experience.
